PhotoStacker communicates with Picasa in two different ways - through people and tags. It initially queries the Google Picasa database to determine the number of pictures that meet your specified criteria. Given sufficient time and the number of available photos, PhotoStacker will then download up to 500 small pictures. It will store these photos locally on the computer and by clicking on any of the displayed photos, PhotoStacker will request a higher-resolution version of the photo and provide a link to see this photo online at Picasa.
This demo uses Picasa pictures from The Vavrinecs - one of the most kind and emotionally strong familes we know. Thank you so much John, Katie, Thomas, and Jack!
